The children learnt how fish are caught or reared, processed and used in healthy meals. They found out about sea fishing around the UK as well as fish farms and fresh water line fishing. They learnt what to look for when buying fish as not all fishing is done in a way which is good for the fish stocks, the environment and us.  The children then made tuna sandwiches.
