PE Days

This year our PE days are Tuesday and Wednesday. Tuesday's session will be delivered by Mrs Bolero-Grey and Wednesday will be with me. Please ensure you wear the correct kit - dark shorts or joggers, a plain white t-shirt and dark trainers/pumps. Long hair should be tied up and earrings must be removed or taped up. 

Wellies

We are very lucky at Whitwell to have such amazing grounds and our children get to use these daily. We ask that children bring in a pair of wellies (labelled) and leave them in school each term.

Homework

Reading - Read at home 10 pages (or more). Reading homework runs from Wednesday to Wednesday. Adults, please remember to sign your child's diary.

Maths - This will be something connected to what we are learning in school and will run from Thursday to Thursday. 

Spelling - This will run from Friday to Friday. Each week you will have a look, cover, write, check sheet to complete to help you learn the spelling pattern. You also need to write 5 sentences using the spelling words. See inside the front cover of your spelling book for more details.
