The UK Chief Medical Officer (CMO) recommends that young people get 60 minutes daily activity.

Here are some FREE resources designed to meet these requirements in FUN ways. They are to be carried out indoors or, if available, a garden:

  • Boogie Beebies videos that get younger children (EYFS/KS1) up and dancing with CBeebies presenters.

  • Disney 10 minutes Shake Up 10-minute videos based on Disney films that count towards a child’s 60 active minutes per day (FOR ALL AGES)

  • Super Movers Videos which help children move while they learn. They support curriculum subjects, including maths and English (KS1-KS2)

  • Cosmic Kids Yoga Yoga, mindfulness and relaxation designed specially for kids aged 3+
